Please note, Our bell tents are only suitable for two people, therefore this package is only available to book in denominations of two. Please be aware that unfortunately our spa facilities are not suitable for pregnant guests.

Full payment required at time of booking. Please advise on dietary requirements, and any medical concerns at time of booking. Please note, you must be over 16 years of age to have any treatment or spa experience.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, in which payment will not be refunded.

Please ensure you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of your treatment so that you have time to fill in your consultation form. Any lateness will unfortunately eat into your treatment time.

Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to use the spa facilities.

Our maximum group size is 4 in order to retain the peace and tranquillity of the spa. Those making separate bookings with the view to join to create a group larger than 4 on the day, will regrettably be asked to leave.

In our efforts to be greener it would be appreciated if you could bring suitable footwear for use during your spa visit, e.g. flip flops.

A consultation is required prior to every treatment, so that the most effective treatment can be given on the day.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, suffer from any skin allergies or reactions, if you’re taking any medication, or if you think you may be pregnant.
